BASED ON RECENT COURSE DESIGN
The downloadable resources provided below have been developed for, and inspired by, an elective J.D. research course on 'Understanding Democratic Decay Worldwide', designed by Tom Gerald Daly and first taught at Melbourne Law School in Semester 1 2018 (February-May 2018). The course has been very popular with students, who have shown great interest in the readings and who are currently writing their first major research project (8,000 words) on a topic of their choice. The resources below have been refined based on questions and clarifications that have arisen through discussions with the students on the course. Some resources were not used on the course but have been added based on the discussions held.
